As a lifelong resident of Petone and approximately ten years in the Real Estate profession Jit Govind has built an outstanding history of working all over the Hutt Valley from Stokes Valley to Horokiwi selling homes as well as investment blocks. With a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Property Valuation & Management, Jit has the advantage of understanding the fundamentals of property and readily applies it in his business. He has recently become an Associate of the Real Estate Institute and also completed his auctioneers certificate. Jit approaches each of his clients with enthusiasm, and determination, endevouring to understand the needs of his clients before making recommendations.
